Freedom Calls
03:44
|
|||
Freedom calls! Meet my body on the other side
Make your mark! Time enough to rot after I die!
Freedom calling
Freedom calls
Irondale! Our return was foretold by the stars
A hero is born! Delivered by the fire and the sword
Freedom calling
Freedom calls
Freedom calls

Four Heroes
06:27
|
|||
Four signs burn in the fire; I know what I must do
Four lives I know I’ll trade
Four secrets keep my head on straight
My past, a hoary shade
Four dreams direct me elsewhere; I know that we’ll succeed
Four heroes ride again
Four omens show me where to go
We ride through shim’ring rain

Song From Brighter Days
05:42
|
|||
Let me tell you a story
Sing a song from brighter days
There are bits I can’t remember now
But alas, some things never change
Peasant stories told in whispers
Dragons dancing in the sky
A hero’s welcome, church bells ringing out
And again, I don’t know why
And I wonder how our lives did lose their flame
And I wonder when the sun did sink away
In a song from brighter days
Children laughing in the forest
Devils meeting in the night
The wizard watches in his crystal ball
But alas, he lost his sight
And I wonder how our lives did lose their flame
And I wonder when the sun did sink away
In a song from brighter days
Let me tell you a story
Sing a song from brighter days
There are bits I can’t remember now
But alas, some things never change
In a song from brighter days

Beyond Black Rainbow
04:47
|
|||
Rise and shine
Under a moribund dark sky
Horizon line
Under the stars
Avarice
Filling the pocket of the fool
Rise and shine into the night
Under the moon
Rise up and do as you are told
Monument to ignorance
Rise and shine
Under an anechoic lie
A final sign
Under the stars
Light the way
Back to the primordial ooze
Carve a path
Into Black Rainbow
Under the moon
Rise up and do as you are told
Monument to ignorance

The Witch Of Irondale
07:30
|
|||
Once upon a winter’s night
In the town pub, by firelight
Whispers of a witch’s den
Past the marsh of Ever-glen
Gather ‘round and hear my tale
For seven years my ship has sail’d
The world has turned and castles burn
But I’ve come back for Irondale
I wish upon a star this night
Through the outlands I will ride
Onward past the goats of time
Until the stars doth show their sign
The tower lurks on yonder hill
It holds within a secret still
In its depths a demon lurks
And at its top the wizard works
The demon grants me miracles
Supposing first I sell my soul
Four tasks of his I must complete
He tells me that I have one week
If I don’t accept his quest
My life is his, I’ll never rest
The farm girls watch and shake with fear
My sheepish smile draws their tears
The bravest of them, at the fore
Though she’s shaken to the core
Tells me that she’ll watch my land
She knows that I’ll come home again
Old Gray Witch of Irondale
Cackles by the hearth as she tells your tale
Sees your future, knows your past
And she holds your life in her wrinkled grasp!
I once was king of Irondale
Bards and heralds told my tale
Know this story of my fall
I’m only human after all

Slaughter The King
04:41
|
|||
The Grey Witch did give me her magic
Forged in a fiery pit
And sent me down into a cavern
Within it the Underking sits
Bow down your head!
You’re better off dead!
Our armies are marching forth!
I’ll pick up my axe
And melt them like wax
From a candle that’s made of your gore!
Slaughter the king
Slay all his Demons and Wizards and nameless things
Decision comes now
We stand or we fall
Victory will be ours
The Underking stood there before me
Brandishing his shield and spear
His legions had fallen beside him
His black heart was dripping with fear!
Hold up your hands!
This is my land!
Our armies are marching forth!
A kiss from my lips
And you’ll sail on your ships
Through an ocean of blood, guts, and gore!
Slaughter the king
Slay all his Demons and Wizards and nameless things
Decision comes now
We stand or we fall
Victory will be ours
